you bid on the item, you should get a notification when/if you end up outbid. Then you can decide if you want to bid higher or forget the whole thing. When the auction is over- you and I both will get a notification, yours will say you won or lost the auction, mine will tell me who won. You will need to verify your shipping address, as most people only ship to verified addresses. To do this go into your account, click edit, then on the left side go down until you see shipping address- here add or enter your address and Listia should verify it for you.
