The listing, Legends Presents~Halloween Costume~NWOT~COWGIRL UP! YEEE-HAAAW!! has ended.

This is NWOT! Never Worn & Beautiful! The ONLY things You'll need to complete the look would be Boots & a Hat!!

This has no tags inside, so I'm going to list measurements for you: (Size-wise, it would fit a teen or a small to Med Adult, but that is my opinion)

Shoulder seam to Shoulder seam is 20"
Top of shoulder to hem is 26"
Armpit to Armpit is 22.5"
Waist will fit from 22"-34" since it has elastic
Hips measure up to 36"
Length of Skirt is 18.5"
Armbands are stretchy with white fringe and are 8.75" long!
The top has fringe along the bottom edge of the red! (This is NOT made of t-shirt material and is not 'stretchy' in that sense.)This is Such an AMAZING Outfit! It could Even be used as A Dance Outfit! There's a pair of bloomers that came with this outfit...NWOT...

This was hand-made by a lady who's daughter runs a 'country' type store near where I live in the mountains. The seamstress has since retired due to poor eyesight and medical problems. This is extremely nice quality! Thanx for looking!
