No,unfortunately this pen does not write on its own; If it did, it would not be listed here LOL and while I'm on it-I would have a magic carpet too to go along with it. Ha ha.

All kidding aside, please consider the following:

1) You are mistaken about the GIN. A million credits is indeed steep. The GIN here is only hundred thousand credits.

2) I am not giving this nice pen for nothing. You can GIN or wait to win this auction by bidding the highest-up to you.

3) 100,000 credits is not considered high anymore...Just visit the Rewards Store and other premium auctions to see what I mean.

4) The credit ratio has gone up: in gold and silver, gift cards, new toys and kitchen aids the rate is about $1=8,000 credits or more...So if this pen retails about $30 then the credits requested in GIN are about $1=3,000 credits-a pretty good deal if you ask me! Plus FREE SHIPPING! You can't beat that if you got it anywhere else.

5) If I wanted a good pen I would GIN in a heartbeat because it is a great price. In my humble opinion, it's a win win for both buyer and seller. Not too low and yet not outrageously expensive and reflects the true value of the pen. I understand if you are low on credits. Not fun! It often happened to me I like to bid on stuff that I cannot afford but that is not a reason to comes to one's auction and question their GIN. I have heard from my fellow Listians others users do that to them and in my opinion this should be considered harassment, period.The GIN is what it is, as the pen. Either bid or not, but complaining won't do you or anyone any good. I do, out of courtesy, consider GIN offers IF they are made early enough before other bids and if they are reasonable, kind and respectful. In this case I would not have lowered the GIN, sorry.
