I am not sure I found the meat cleaver pendant at an estate sale. I added a gold colored cable chain and 3 genuine garnet blood drops to the end of it .I bought 2 pendants . I have one like it. People are always asking where I got it. It turned out really amazing so that I wanted to share one on Listia. Thank you for your compliment.
