Hi TKelly17. This costume will not fit a size 14. My guestimate is it will fit anywhere from a 6 and stretch to a 10.

The measurements are laying flat on the ground:
Length: 29 inches long
Waist: 13 inches across
Armpit to armpit: 15 inches across
