They tie up with string, have working zippers on both sides, and metal rings. There are pockets as well.

VERY FREAKING SMALL!!!!
I am 130 pounds with large thighs and big hips, these don't fit me at all haha
I'm not sure of the exact size but the tag says large and that's no where near true.
I'm not sure of the exact measurements either sadly.

Suggestion- if you use DVDs, you can get measurements. From the waist, put one dvd horizontal (normal looking) and another facing verticle, side by side. Then see if there's any fabric left showing on the sides. If not, they are about a 00. I wear pants that are 25 - BUCKLE, 0- Almost famous, 26- miss me, 1- Amthyst. Etc. so I've done this dvd method.
