Pulling tight and using a tape measure was 15 inches across and inseam was 31 hope that helps!! :-)

hello, my girlfriend was wondering if these sit at the hips or are they more up into the waist as your measurments would make a difference in needed size depending on where the waist of pants sit, any thing like low rise ext. written on tag. thankyou
