These are various sized, some a bit longer than others, some a bit wider than others (please see photos) -- likely classes as "small paper clips". Approximately 1/2” x 2/8”.

Clips under the plastic coating are metal, bend and act like regular paper clips for function but the coating does improve them IMHO.

These are just from my big bucket and some might have gotten used and tossed back in — but they are all great and look like new and may be new that you get for all I can tell.

I have plenty so — here they go!
