I'll fix it but standard shipping to territories takes longer than 10 days and I can't guarantee arrival times.

Hello,

As long as a seller ships an item within seven days of receiving the winner's address, the arrival time is not taken against the seller, as we know the arrival times would vary from the location it ships from and is sent to. A seller does not have to guarantee when an item will arrive after shipping the item in the allowed time frame.

The concern above is the statement "unless otherwise specified" for the states of Alaska & Hawaii. By selecting shipping in the U.S.A. those areas can not ever be excluded.
