Adorable knee length tiered chiffon in a really perfect minty light turquoise! Size Small. Nicely lined, too, which you can see in the last tag pictures up close. It does have some tiny crocheted belt loops (easy to remove or cover if you don't have a narrow belt), although I do not have a belt to go with it. I took a final picture of the inside - it IS strapless, but has that awesome sticky elastic on the bustline to keep that in place, bra or no bra. There are NOT any cups/cup structure built into the dress, but the lining is stretchy/fitted up there and as you can see it looked **fab** on my mannequin with no clips or pins!

It is new without tags. WHY?! I ordered it online with a gift card, was super psyched about it, and it just didn't fit my body right. I always thought I would take it to my seamstress, but I haven't had an occasion to wear it, SO . . . My mom always said if you haven't worn it in the past year it has to go!
