Nice pre-owned horse halter in 1" wide heavy duty powder blue webbing with dark leather accent trim. I suspect this was a bit darker powder blue, as its current color looks like a marbled or tie-dyed effect.

The metal hardware appears heavy duty, although shows signs of bad surface tarnish and is stamped "Valhoma". This is pre-owned, appears to have been stored awhile, and will need a good cleaning and scrubbing. Stitching appears intact and holding up well.
