Great looking antique ring - Top & sides with wonderful design and detailing and metal is thick and solid. In the center is a small cameo that looks to be real shell. The under part of the ring top is stamped "NINO". Ring is adjustable from size 6 to 7&1/2, and is in excellent antique condition.
