TuTu made from layered white tulle with white satin covered elastic waist band. Skirt is about 15 inches long. One size fits most! Great for a little girl to play dress up or for Halloween!

Using a yard stick and stretching it out then doubling the amount I would say it goes to a 34 inch waist comfortably. I bought these from Michaels and was going to use them to decorate a wishing well for my daughters wedding but ended up using something else so they have never been worn!
