Cord is russian point (crochet) - looks like one of those fancy braids you see on the hemp necklaces, only it's made with 100% cotton so it's soft (no scratchy hemp!). Cord measures approx 16 inches, but has lobster clasp and extender chain, so can go as long as 17 inches.

Would make a great gift, or perhaps a stocking stuffer for all you early Christmas shoppers out there!
