no , i got them from a lil store in centralia wa. i paid more than 1.00 for them but i know what u r talking about though. im going to open them to make sure they r not dried up and post an update on the outcome.

JOSHUA122, I opened the corner of package and took out orange one and tried it. it is not dry at all. figure if one is not dry then all are not dry.
