This is an adorable Disney Fairy costume that has never been worn. I have several fairy costumes and this one is always one I pass by for some reason. Since I am not wearing it I decided to clear out some space for the ones I do wear! This is true to size and could use a small crinoline to give the skirt some life. It is a certified Disney costume and the wings come with it. Second picture shows the wings and they have Velcro on the inside in the center but nothing to attach to. You can add clear bra straps to put the wings on without being seen or elastic. The easiest way would be to just pin them on!
