Malabar is not exactly a spinach, but is called spinach because its uses are very similar and taste is kinda spinachy. The entire plant is edible.

Also known as climbing spinach. Its beautiful in the fall when it turns to red/purple and begins fruiting.

So many uses for this plant! They even do well in containers. These are more sub tropical/seasonal and will not overwinter in colder climates. But it grows fast and great in my Midwest garden.

These seeds came from my own garden plants of organic non-gmo plants.

If GIN is used, I will double seeds.
