Its ok and i am lost what do you mean it is now a law? You mean policy? This is my first phone listing so I am not exactly understanding what you mean. The last time i tried to unlock a phone through Verizon they would not allow it. Is that what you mean? Sorry if confusing. :)
I dont know if you can see it but in the 4th pic, its just missing the cover piece for the charging port. It charges fine. I guess it would be like a dust plug type thing ?? maybe.
Phone carriers used to be able to deny unlocking the phone but now it say you get a phone that's Verizon and you want to use it for Sprint Verizon can charge you a small fee but they have to unlock it
Ok i am about to post picture its not called the google play store and being that I do not have service on this phone i cannot be sure to be honest, it does however have an app called market with the little android guy above it which i think could be the google play or like it.
