In this auction you are getting an iPhone 3G with 8GB
AT&T is the server. This phone takes a SIM card. Simply insert your AT&T SIM card and you are ready to use your new iPhone.

If you do not need this for an iPhone; you are more then welcome to use it as an iPod.

Internally; this phone is in excellent shape! I charged it up a week ago and the battery is still strong. All of the buttons work excellent! The volume/ringer is loud, and if you want silent; you will find the silent button on the left of the phone that works as well. The power button works flawlessly as well as the home button!

The scratches that are on the screen are the ones that got there from having a case on it with a built in screen protector, and small particles got under the protector of the case and manages to scratch the screen.

The only visible damage to the phone is on the back outer shell, there is a crack in the bottom portion plastic of the phone that starts at the charging hole and goes up to the word model. There are also scratches on the back in the plastic.

There are no chips or dents. On the 5th picture you will see on the top next to the power button, the screen is up a little from the actual iPhone. This does not effect how it runs; only how it looks. But if you had a case that held it together tighter then this wouldn't happen.

I currently do not have a charger to give away
