This is an old solid plastic of some sort figurine it is made in Hong Kong.

It looks like a reproduction of Hummel these are highly collectable even if not original Hummel I had a similar one from 1948. Very lovely piece that you are offering.

I did find it online tonight !!! Thank you Marie! It is a copy of Hummel it looks to be an ornament on top of the boys head was a little loop that held a string to hang this from I assume not positive that it could be an antique Christmas ornament
