Brand new unopened OPI nail lacquer in 'Pirouette My Whistle'. Really pretty silver shimmer and sparkle with smaller and larger silver sparkles. Pictures could capture how sparkly it really is. No buyers remorse. No refunds. Have had a few bidders try to get credits back once the item is shipped even after the post office confirmed delivery. Shame to have to say it but it's not right to receive the item and lie to get credits back. Fast and free shipping.
