This is a beautiful 9 inch long, stamped 24KGB (Karat Gold Bonded) anklet bracelet. It is over twenty years old and still looks great.

Generally, KGB stands for "Karat Gold Bonded" which describes jewelry composed of a sheet of Karat which is mechanically affixed (bonded) on top of a Sterling Silver core. This means that a layer of 24 karat gold has been used to coat another metal. The price will depend on the value of the underlying metal and the gold overlaid and I am not sure of the underlying metal on this anklet. It cleans nicely with soft soap and warm water, I never use jewelry cleaner but soap and water works just as well.
