Hey, friendly tip....everybody wants free shipping but not everyone can afford to do it, I understand...2 best tips if you're charge shipping, either charge a flat rate so everyone already knows the price it will increase bids because there is no guess work on how much they will have to pay at auction end or if winner pays exact, list your zip code so they can figure charges themself or you figure for them....hope this helps!!! Welcome to Listia!! Great Auctions!!!
I will combine any winnings together to reduce shipping costs. I tried to make sense out of the USPS site but it was just too confusing. ALL items will be sent the cheapest possible way and I won't charge a penny over that amount. I have no idea what concealed cash is, could you explain and I can answer that one. Paypal is the safest and easiest way to pay shipping and i prefer that but will consider other options on a one by one basis.
LMAO is that all? lol I could probably do that. but it would mean it would take longer to complete the transaction. Wouldn't you be afraid some of the less honest sellers would claim to not receive your card? I couldn't trust strangers that way! not unless it had to be signed for or something.
my zip is 37331 if you want to estimate the shipping. Someone suggest that would be a good idea and I agree!! I'll get the hang of it all soon I'm sure.
I was a bit taken back by the over all 'upset-ness" over shipping...until i just checked my mail! i understand now!! I gladly paid shippping on 6 auctions where the seller said she would NOT combine shipping but would take 25% off if I won more than 3 of her items. Assuming she would ship seperately and well package by perhaps UPS or FED EX I paid the almost $16 for 6 neclaces. Today, they came...all in one manilla envelope in regular mail...with TWO FOREVER STAMPS ON THEM!!!
I thought it was against the rules to over charge for shipping! I guess I was wrong and understand now!! I ASSURE EVERYONE THAT I WILL SHIP THE CHEAPEST WAY POSSIBLE!!! I am just new and don't know much about sending anything other then letters or birthday cards lol My first auction I planned to ship in a $4.95 envelope but will have to pay extra now because the items won't fit in that size. So I went with exact thinking it would be more simple and fair to me as well as the buyer. Forgive my ignorance and thank you for being understanding.
