This is John Adams the second President.
As stated, uncirculated in A+++ Grade in a plastic capsule.
There is also a glove on the back of the Certificate of Official Asset Grading Registration.

Whatever they are did with the Presidential Dollars.
The certificate says "A+++ GRADE, Never Circulated, U.S. Legal Tender"
also "Important: Break this seal to release your never-circulated presidential dollar coin."

It is a grade for Never Circulated coins I guess. That is just what the paper says.
