These things come in so doggone handy, don't you think?

How many pictures a 4GB card would hold depends alot on what megapixel camera you have. If you have a 10 Megapixel it will hold 887 pictures. 5 Megapixel camera it will hold 1595 pictures.
An average song is about 4mb's, so a 4 gig SD Card can roughly hold 1000 songs. It depends on the length and size of a song to accurately tell how many will be held on the drive though.
How about video, you may ask? Well, I got an aswer for that, too.

It will depend on the resolution, length of the music video or movie and compression type which the video files use. e.g. For use in a pocket PC you can even have a full movie in AVI format which can be e.g. only 400MB per movie and that way you can have around 10 movies in a 1GB card. If your music video file size is 100MB you can have 40 of those in 4GB memory.

We have been over-sold "memory"
These little jobbies hold tons of information and it only takes a few minutes to back-up all your files. I don't even know why I have a filing cabinet anymore...
I guess it's just something for my kids to go through when I'm gone.

LOL, I never thought of it. I never, ever use them. I have cases for CF cards. I coud throw one in, I suppose, if the bidding reaches over 1000 and the winner really wants one. Thanks for the idea.

I don't remember using it, but it's out of the package and I don't have the case for it. I only have a Poliroid Point and Shoot now, that uses these (I used to have a studio, Canon DSL and a couple back-up pont+shoots) With the considerable volume of a 4g, I have backed up all my media (photos, video and music) on one. I don't need this or the other one I have up for bid. When I looked at these two, they had no data on them, but I formatted them anyway. Sorry that I cannot give you a more straight answer than that.
