My Homemade Beef Jerky--Low Sodium.....Takes quite awhile in the oven but it is ohhhhhhhhh so worth the wait. Recipe will be mailed to winner via usps. Winner must provide a Listia verified address within 7 days of auction end. If I have not received a verified address within 7 days, I will keep credits and relist item. How many or days does it take in a oven? Currently I occasionally use my hydrator. I love the smell of jerky
