It's High Quality & very well made. The fold over clasp is strong & secure !

It is unbranded as to maker or metal content, but I believe it to be Rhodium plated. This process keeps metal in fabulous, untarnished condition for many, many years.
Most of the top notch Jewelry makers of the mid-Century era produced similar items made of this early "plastique".

This bracelet is a wonderful example of that new material of the time.
