They are new i had planned on them for my dog but they are too small. Opened one to see sizing only.

They are cloth diapers for expecting mothers cause I was going to do them and this is EXACTLY what they were and looked like

But I wouldn't see why you couldn't use them on dogs besides they don't have a tail hole.
