it's called people get their stuff and want to be an idiot and ask for a refund. Im not going to be giving away free stuff and giving back credits. others put it on their listia too so I can display that and I have spoken to listia about this and they did suggest I put that in my description

so you know there listia alows you to set stipulations on the auctions one because every one is human and cant exspect stuff to be shipped out emidetly obviously especially with free shipping second there are useres that screw people over will bid on sumthing it will be in the middle of transit then they say they dont have it when it on the way to them then they ask for a refund and it is up to listia at that point i have had the same simular problem i bid on sumthing the person said they were not going to send it then they said they were and i said dont send it i want my credits back well ya know what happened they said they sent it and never did and listia gave them my credits
