The listing, HUGE LOT 100+ Skeins DMC Embroidery FLOSS Variety of Colors has ended.

Up for bid is a lot containing 100+ skeins of DMC embroidery floss. I did see one Clarks O.N.T. skein and possibly one other, but 99% is DMC.

Then there are a few bunches (for lack of a better word) that I believe came in kits, and the person whose estate this was from, chose to use her own colors. So the bunches are in with this lot also. They are in the last scan.

Then there is a snack size baggie full of partial skeins which is not pictured, but included.

Most of the skeins in the first four scans seem either full or mostly full. It's hard to tell with some of them. And it is hard to keep those little papers from slipping off the skeins, but the majority have them on.

If you do embroidery or do crafts that use embroidery floss, there is a lot to work with here! Smoke-free home, as was previous owner.

No GIN.

Norma Jean1 that is why I like do counted cross stitch. If you make a mistake it doesn't really show because people think that is how it is supposed to look....lol

I embroidered a ton of pillowcases back in the day! I think one year, every relative I had got an embroidered pillowcase for Christmas with their astrological sign on it!

Stumpwork has been around since biblical times. It is fun. Embroidery started that way. I don't does cross stitch since I learned embroidery first and that led to do g blocks of embroidery and putting into quilts.
Counted cross stitch would be too unforgiving for me. I can't do exact. Lol. I can work around and make things work and say the quilt is supposed to have non matching blocks. Haha.

Postage would be $22.00 paid by Paypal, and I was pretty sure no one would want to pay that much! Plus you have to enter a value, and I don't know how to do that since these auctions are for credits, not cash?

I do stumpwork embroudery, as well as a uiltjng. I am always running out of floss ! An dc wool, and silk, etc.

Wow! Stumpwork looks hard! I used to do a lot of cross-stitching, but haven't done any for a long time. Maybe some day I will get back to it. Very relaxing! :)
