I have the following healing stones, which I can cleanse but they would have to be charged for your own use.

Emerald - It is small but a nice piece. Stone of inspiration.

Aventurine - Blue in color. Positive stone of prosperity.

Agate - Block form. Grounding stone, brings balance.

Lepidolite - Clears electromagnetic pollution.

Kyanite - Attunement, meditation.

Red Jasper - Dream recall.

Green Jasper - Releases obcession.

Bloodstone - Blood cleanser.

Quartz - Energy Amplifier.

Rose Quartz - Unconditional Love.

I suppose these stones could also be used for jewelry making?

The only one that is simulated is the Agate Block, other than that, yes they are all real stones. :}
