This is a Large Market Tote by Vera Bradley in the Venetian Paisley print. Flat, it measures 25" across the top, 16" across the bottom, 14" tall. It has tight woven mesh double straps. I've never used this, but the part of the one seam needs reinforced. A flaw in manufacturing. You could sew it or tape it, or leave it as is if you don't plan on putting heavy things in it (like cans from the grocery store). It's about 2" in length. Looks easy to sew real quick. I just never got around to it because I never needed to use it, as I have about 4 other of the Vera market totes that I use for when travel by car. (use them to carry my pillows & throw and my air mattress & pump, etc.) Very cute with the little dolls on it. :)
