This was new when I bought it for my mom
It wasn't dropped or abused
Does show use some scratches
And moms a smoker
One day it just did as shown , just comes up with a circle
You have to hold the power button down on this model for it to come on until the screen shows
But it was working great , then this happened
We don't know if it's fixable
Parts or fix
But it is sold as shown
And NOT in working order
