This top is adorable! I bought it from an overseas seller thinking that a 4xl meant 4xl. LOL. My very petite sister has most of what I bought that day. She wears an 8-19 so please go by measurements.
Measurements laying flat
Chest 20"
Waist 23"
29" length at at shortest point.
Sleeves 15.5"

Sheer top layer with satiny bottom layer. Sheer sleeves. Sides are a little longer than the main part of this top.

Smoke free animal free home. I had a top not long ago that got to the winner smelling like smoke. I'm not sure how that happened other than to say I can not be held responsible for what the package endures on it's trip through the postal system.

All clothing with the exception to brand new unused, has been freshly washed and hung to dry.

All the tops, except the two I have listed, I bought from the same merchant ended in my sisters closet. She's petite and wears ladies 8-10. So ya these are way way smaller than the size listed. I found out the hard way sizes on some clothing from overseas do run the same as in the US. Thanks for asking and stopping!!

Not stretched, Laying flat that measurement is 21.5"

Oh I am so disappointed because the black and the red one are gorgeous. 21.5 I'm sad to say isn't even a size 18 which is what I am (or a 1x). I too bought a couple of very pretty tops from China and I couldn't even get their 4x over my head!! It was so complicated to return them that I listed them here with the true measurements so at least someone could get some enjoyment from them cause it sure wasn't going to be me!! Thanks so much for measuring the top for me!! I have a skinny sister too. I think I was adopted lol, my parents are 82, 83 and both weigh under 100 pounds!! Good luck with your auction!!
