If you factory reset phone it will unlock and erase any of your info on it just being helpful

thanks but you need pin also but this is screen locked theres only a certain amount of different ways but if you try to many then you have to unlock bye g mail or take to store to unlock

Step 1

Power down the phone and remove the battery for one minute. Return the battery to the phone,
Step 2

Press and hold the “Volume - Down” button.
Step 3

Press the power button and then release the power button while holding the “Volume - Down” button. The Recovery menu displays. Release the “Volume - Down” button when the menu displays.
Step 4

Press the “Volume - Down” button to scroll to the “Clear Storage” option in the Recovery menu.
Step 5

Press the power button to select the “Clear Storage” option. The confirmation dialog box opens.
Step 6

Press the “Volume - Up” button to select “Yes.” The phone reboots and when the device powers back up, all settings are returned to factory defaults.
