Was given to me as an engagement ring. Dont know much about it as ended up breaking up shortly after and he wouldn't take it back.

Looks like a Lindenwold ring they made years ago. Would have LIND on the inside.

Thanks for the added picture! It also has the Vargas hallmark, the elongated diamond with the V on top, so this is one that designer Vargas designed for Lindenwold! Really nice! Vargas also had his own line of jewelry simply marked with the diamond shape with a V on it!
