In a rush? Nuke it! This handy dandy little gadget is called "Makin Bacon" and it works right in your microwave. Just drape your bacon over any or all of the three bars and nuke away! Directions are right on the back of the pan. I'm trying to kick the meat habit so I no longer need this. This is a smoke free home but I do have cats.
