Cartridge only in VG condition (see photos) this will not work in a regular NTSC N64 though they can be modified to accept both types. Link to video on how to do this.

For anyone wondering if you can use this on a regular N64, you CAN. Just google how to play japanese n64 games on american console. You need to cut the square parts on the actual console because on our verisons its a square shape but for japanese its circular.
