The marks you see on the picture are not scratches. Thy have a screen protector on both sides of the iPod. It has been jailbroken. Everything works as it should.

the problem is the pic with it on isnt the same background. people arent being picky we just dont want this auction to be deleted. thats why everyone asked for the pic with your name. if you cant prove its yours a moderator can come in and delete this last second. i really want this thats why im letting you know. i will go high for it.
