Apply desired color to nail.. once that is done, you can add one more coat of either the same color you used the first time or use clear and gently sprinkle the desired amount of powder you want over the wet nail.. I usually wait till the nail is dried before I wipe off excess powder.. after that, it's up to you to apply a top coat or leave it as is :)

just a tip you should send them in baggies. I had someone send me the bottles and one got broken so contents spilled out everywhere when i opened it,not to mention broken glass that I had to get cleaned up before my family or dogs walked thru it.

They are just a type of flocking powder with glitter in them.. the forms are just a bonus
