This is a size 22 waist Black sleeveless Dress it has like a kinda silky slip or under lining to it I got this a few months back but have not wore it now its to big as I'm loosing weight I am 5'4 n dress length goes to my ankles n to put dress on it goes over your head

From the waist down it is kinda flowy it isn't like a fitted dress

My phone is to small but the way it looks below the elastic part is how it is all way down n I am 5'4 n the dress is very long on me
