Hi. I checked and all it says is "man-made materials". Doesn't say what they are. The gal @ the store referred to them as RUBBER, but now that you say Silicone, I am inclined to think they just may be. They don't feel like any RUBBER that I have felt.
Sorry I can't answer you better. They are real flexible but won't stretch out. I have a pair.
