Hi. I didn't know that so I went back to Listias rules and it says if it has been used.. I did open the polish to see the actual color but I have not used it.. So I believe it does fall within Listia guidelines. But thanks for that. I had not really read the rules and now I have. I'm now more aware of the rules and guidelines. Thanks :)
