You are bidding on a BRAND NEW package of 80 mini Wilton brand cupcake papers- for use in a mini cupcake pan (not included). Package says "Happy Easter", but there's nothing specifically "Easter-y" about them. They're a real pretty blue/teal shiny foil color. I, personally, think mini cupcakes/muffins are the cutest!!
