New with tag. Black Levi jeans, size 42 x 30, button fly. My husband bought them, then decided he didn't like them (wrong size). Oh well his loss your gain. Sorry about the second picture, the jeans are black not grey.

Do these jeans run smaller in the waist then some jeans? My husband is a 40 but needs more room in the winter for undergarments. lol!!
