Sorry I guess my comment did not go through but as I stated above I ordered a small for my Lil girl according to the sizing chart but it does not fit her it has to be a XS, Not certain the size of your baby. I wish I could provide you with more info but that's all I have. Thank you for taking an interest Happy bidding

laying flat with the collar unrfolded is 10 ins. long and 5 ins. wide this is without stretching does have 2 straps at the bottom where the legs go thru hopes this helps

I wish I could provide more information but I provided all the information that i have. This came from China and I went by their measurement chart and I ordered a small but I do believe according to our sizing chart this would have to be an XS. I wish I could tell you more,I just received it myself I still have the bag I received it in.Thank you for your comment and your interest in my auction hope this was helpful.
