This is an EnFocus Studio Blouse and Skirt dress in size 14. A blouse and Skirt dress looks like 2 separate pieces when worn but it's actually all one dress. It's really cute and looks good paired with a belt. It's in good condition, has been worn. Theres a teeny tiny stain as pictured. From a smoke free home.

How long is the dress? I am 5'4, do you think it would go to or past knees by chance? Great listing by the way! :)

Thank you! From my best measurements it looks like it would be about 34 inches. I have a friend who is 5'3 and it went just below the knee so probably would fall right around the knee for your height. I am 5'7 and it's definitely a few inches above the knee on me. Hope this helps :)

Is it true to its size or could someone a ill smaller wear it?

Well the skirt is more fitted and the top is more flowy. I would say it's pretty true to size. I would worry that someone smaller might find the top part kind of baggy. Hope this helps!
