The battery is already in the camera & you charge it by using the black box in the picture. You stick the battery in there & plug it into a wall socket

Hi, I just have to look to see if I have a cord that goes with the camera. It's just been a little crazy with the kids & Halloween. I will let you know as soon as j get a chance. I just wanted to keep you updated
