Not only would it not be fair but also the resolution would be awful since you will be stretching the image entirely to much. But then again I guess not everyone can afford to have a big damn monitor, So yeah I guess you could right click and save if you have a 3 inch screen.

I put it as my background stretched and it looked really good but I have a mac that I use so idk if there is a difference. For now on if I list anymore pictures I will write sample on them and whoever wins I will send the real picture that doesnt have sample on it so nobody will right click and save.
