Securing the package is never a prob with me. I care about weather or not things get there ok. That being said I cannot come out of pocket even more to pay for the added insurance.

Just curious as to how you plan on shipping this item the 21st when it doesn't end until Sat. the 22nd. Also, from the Listia rules about shipping & handling: "You cannot state that you are not responsible for safe arrival of the item or ensuring that items are delivered as described. For example, you cannot state "I am not responsible for this item once I ship it out". It is the responsibility of the lister to ensure the auction item gets to the winner."

Ok to clairify: If you use GIN I cannot ship it sooner than the 21st. I ALWAYS package things carefully. However I am already coming out of pocket for the shipping and the delivery conformation. I will offer insurance if you would like it, but I cannot afford to do it myself. If through no fault of my packaging the post office damages it, and you didn't insure it I cannot be responsible.

Also the winning bidder has 7 days from the auctions end to send their address just like the seller has 7 days from the time they get the winners address to ship the item out.

I like to have things packaged right away, so I don't make the winners wait. I'm sorry if it's an inconvenience for people to contact me :(

How are you going to ship this out almost two days before you know the winner's address? :P
Guess that's what happens when you copy and paste for all your auctions.

It wasn't a copy/paste error. What I men't to say was that if you use GIN the soonest I can ship is the 21st.

I do not charge for the insurance if you do not want it. There is no out of pocket expense for you. That being said I do not pay for insurance myself. If you want it it's extra. Sorry you were confused :(

That I do not know. I looked around and didn't find anything that said it would be. Sorry I couldn't be more definite.

I don't know why you hid my comment. I posted directly from the Listia Rules. And also... "What I men't to say was that if you use GIN the soonest I can ship is the 21st." umm, there isn't a GIN option.. ??
